The characteristics that make the most enduring family businesses and generate wealth and employment were addressed in a panel discussion held at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Murcia.

The conference, which was part of coordinated by the director of the Chair of Family Business Mare Nostrum, Angel Meroño cycle was attended Marian Cascales, president of the Murcia Association of Family Business;

Strong, Grupo Fuertes Antonio, and Aurelio Herrero, director of Cajamurcia-BMN companies.

At the meeting, emphasis was placed on the management of the business model of family businesses, which has allowed these to overcome and come out stronger from the economic crisis of recent years.
