Youth and Development Cooperation will manage a budget of 3 million euros to promote equal opportunities for young people (17/12/2015)

The Department of Youth and Development Cooperation of the City of Murcia go next year a total budget of 3 million euros, namely 2,441,181 euros for the service of Youth and 508,518 euros for projects of development cooperation and humanitarian aid awareness.

"From Youth and Development Cooperation, will promote equal opportunities for girls and their involvement and generate conditions for their emancipation and we will implement further awareness different projects," said Councilwoman Rebecca Perez.

By areas, youth increased by 38.70 percent the budget for projects and activities in relation to 2015, reaching 1,549,800 euros, to promote and encourage the development of young people's rights and equal opportunities.
