Grade Gastronomy UCAM organizes a chocolate tasting open to the public (27/11/2015)

Gastronomy Degree from the Catholic University of Murcia held on Monday, November 30, at 11: 30h., Aula gastroLAB Brothers Rock (Campus of Los Jerónimos) a tasting of different types of chocolate hand chocolatier Tino Helguera, and Juan Antonio Serrano Lopez, named best pastry chef in Spain in 2011. Cacao Barry will be responsible for providing the raw material.
