The neighbors of the Holy Spirit yesterday gave their opinion and assessment the development of revitalization initiative sponsored by the Government within the Urban Programme.
The plan, which emerged in demand of neighborhood associations in the neighborhood to take a performance that give solution to the problems of degradation of the area, became operational in 2010.
Councilman Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, Jose Guillen, attended yesterday afternoon the Third Meeting of Citizen Participation, which aims to support and facilitate the development of the project.
The objective of this third meeting was to assess the work done during these five years before the new stage of the project.
A reflection done in an intuitive manner and with a playful approach.
Thus, attendees, distributed by age group, conducted the evaluation of the plan by a game in which each participant had to choose 6 pictures that represent for them the best moments of the project.
To do this, a giant model of the neighborhood settled in the Multipurpose Pavilion neighborhood Espinardo where, in a fun way and with some surprise, they went a step further in the proposed transformation of the neighborhood.
