The neighborhood associations put "face and voice" to participation (27/11/2015)

The Federation of Neighborhood Associations in the Municipality of Murcia celebrates the 3rd Day of Citizen Participation and Neighborhood Movement XXI Century with an eye toward the goal of providing "a voice" to Murcia and get involved in public affairs on Monday.
