Councilman Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, Jose Guillen, today shared with attendees at the conference 'Towards a new paradigm of openness, cooperation, efficiency and connected cities' experience is driving the City Council for the Murcia transformation into a smart city that offers better and more efficient services to citizens.
