The Municipal Socialist Group presented on Monday at the municipal Parliament a motion for the implementation of a Local Employment Pact, which is intended for 2.5 percent of the municipal budget to actions and measures for job creation, and a full Employment Commission to study the design of strategies for entrepreneurs, aid schemes and bonuses to new entrepreneurs and the social economy, among others constituted.
The Labour Force Survey for the third quarter of 2015 indicates that 48,700 residents of the municipality of Murcia are unemployed.
"This demand situation of local political representatives a response and adopting a series of measures and joint projects," stated the PSOE spokesman in the city of Murcia, José Ignacio Gras.
