The UCAM signed a collaboration agreement with Juver Food set different activities for cooperation especially in the field of teaching and research through the creation of the University Chair Company 'Juver Food, Nutrition and Health'.
The aim of this is to develop training and research activities in the field of nutrition.
Estrella Nunez, rector of research at the UCAM, stressed that "it is a privilege to have a chair with one of the most powerful companies in the region".
It should be noted that the result of this agreement, students in grades Nutrition, Science and Food Technology and Food of the University, also will be able to practice in the company premises.
The first concrete actions will be conducting sensory analysis Juver products over other products on the market: "Obviously, as a company we need to develop the best products for the consumer and the Catholic University can help us make these products," said the director Food Juver General Juan Ramon Ugarte.
