The National Police arrested the perpetrators five robberies with a firearm in different establishments (06/11/2015)

It has arrested three persons and has proceeded to the seizure of two vehicles that had stolen at gunpoint to commit more robberies

National Police agents have arrested three five steals responsible for violence and intimidation in several establishments in the province of Murcia.

The robbers hid their faces with costumes and did not hesitate to use firearms bearing if necessary.

In their flight using stolen cars intimidating the owners with a gun, getting to shoot the driver of one of them once.

The investigation began as a result of the events of last October in a bar in the village of Corvera.

Three men with their faces covered stormed setting fires several shots at the ceiling and threatening people who were inside.

Once I got the loot fled in a stolen car, after shooting his driver.

Once agents learned of these facts a locking device in which intervened patrols of the National Police and the local police in Murcia mounted.

Thanks to this operation initially local police could arrest one of the robbers, after they collided during flight with another vehicle, injuring its occupants fleeing on foot from the crash site.

After this, the National Police agents began an investigation, from which they could determine both the detainee and other unidentified robbers were allegedly responsible for several similar raids carried out in early October in establishments and Murcia Espinardo neighborhood.

The investigation also allowed to locate and arrest the other two members of the gang of robbers, both with a history of violent crimes.

The three arrested, all men of Spanish nationality, are charged with five counts of robbery with violence and intimidation, attempted murder, illegal possession of weapons, a crime against road safety.

In addition, one of them is responsible for a crime of breach of conviction and a forgery.

In both conducted house searches, investigators recovered the two vehicles were stolen at gunpoint, and the robbers intended to use in future actions.

The operation was conducted by agents of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police, the Police Headquarters of Murcia, with the collaboration of local police in Murcia.
