The PSOE proposes to regulate appointments may be appointed to prevent 'abuse of power' and the sentences (05/11/2015)

The Municipal Group Socialist councilor, Juan Vicente Larrosa, announced Thursday that the PSOE will take the next municipal plenary a motion to develop a regulation governing the selection process of personnel selection from City Hall.

This motion seeks to prevent further giving statements condemning the City of Murcia for the appointment "a finger" to be appointed staff.

"In one of the statements to which we had access talk about infringement of the rights and freedoms to have been elected to office people preference and affinity criteria and not on merit," said Larrosa, who has announced that the Municipal Socialist Group has already requested a list of judgments in this regard since 2010.

"In some of these judgments condemning the lack of rigor in the free designation, the city of Murcia has to bear the costs, causing a prejudice to the coffers of the session and therefore the pockets of citizens, which end up paying a total lack of ethics of the governments of the PP in the Glorieta "stated the socialist mayor.

Larrosa has been referred to the judgment of the administrative litigation on 20 October, declaring null one of these selection processes of staff.

"This shows -HA said Councilman PSOE practices of cronyism that have occurred in the city of Murcia in recent years. The arbitrariness and abuse of power that has been in the appointment of certain posts has violated the equality that should given access to the public service. "

"We say enough to cronyism and demand a more transparent management in all selection processes for the allocation of places in the city of Murcia, to ensure that there is equal access to these places and to prevent citizens from having to pay the costs of arbitrary and disastrous management ", he concluded.
