The Mayor, José Ballesta, met this morning with representatives of nine business organizations, continuing contacts on tax proposals of the government team for 2016. The aim is to "collect their views and dialogue with the spirit of consensus that we have implemented in City Hall".
The nascent economic recovery has to be accompanied by a social revival and it is important that the whole society will also benefit.
Therefore, the government team has developed a proposed Tax Ordinance for next year based on three pillars: reducing taxes, streamlining procedures and boosting economic activity.
The project has focused the meeting today by Mayor nine business organizations in the next round of talks held to discuss tax proposals, including the suppression of opening license allowing 2,000 entrepreneurs who want to start a economic activity save about 1.5 billion euros.
Today was the third meeting, held after the last days Croem and Chamber of Commerce.
This morning they attended the meeting at City Hall representatives of the Economic Circle, Amusal, OMEP, AJE, ADIMUR, Convention Bureau, Ashomur, AMEFMUR and the School of Tourism, who have shown "a positive responsiveness".
The meetings, arranged with the objective "to collect their views and dialogue", similar to those with the political groups, are developed "in a spirit of consensus we have implemented in the City," said Mayor.
The pillars on which the proposal is based fiscal ordinances are reducing taxes, streamlining procedures and boosting economic activity.
For this, the IBI is reduced in general, not the land is increased and cataloged nearly 5,000 farms so far and urban will become classified as rustic, with a significant effect on reducing taxes.
