Eight artists represent Murcia in the Biennial'Mediterránea 17' (19/10/2015)

It will be held from 22 to 26 October in Milan (Italy)

The seventeenth edition of the Biennale, 'Mediterrana 17', held in Milan from 22 to 26 October, will be represented by eight young artists from Murcia, all winners of the XXII edition of the competition Creajoven, and during this international art form, musical performances, food fairs, exhibitions, performances or audiovisual presentations will be held.

It is a unique opportunity to compare the creativity of our artists with that of other European countries from the southern Mediterranean.

It is an encounter between young artists reinforces the idea that they, get through art and creative ways, establish a permanent artistic and cultural dialogue between the countries of Europe, the Mediterranean basin and the East.

It is a means of building the European Union, and a form of cultural production and innovation of products.

Prior to the Mediterranean Biennial 17, the City of Genoa between the dates ranging from 20 to 22 October, organized a meeting of the participating artists in Milan with a program that includes meetings with cultural operators, workshops and conferences.

The city of Murcia, assumes the costs for the transfer of artists and works, corresponding to the organizing cities everything about accommodation, food, production and editing events catalogs.

The participating artists are:

These young people have the opportunity to interact with artists from other artists more different countries exhibit their work, make themselves known, performing live, establish professional contacts, appear in a catalog of international dissemination and participate in meetings with prestigious international artists.

Over time, the Biennale has become a privileged place for the encounter and the mixture of cultural products "Mediterranean" core Europe.
