Murcia's change Councilman Sergio Ramos said today that the tax ordinance submitted by the City are "continuistas" carry the tax burden on the majority and do not reflect the political change that the citizens expressed in the elections last May.
Ramos noted that these ordinances, the municipal government team continues to maintain the types of Property Tax (IBI) "very expensive", especially applied to farm soils that are classified as urban.
Similarly, he has accused the PP of "continue without listening" to the associations and groups seeking a bonus for maintaining cultivated garden.
Another criticism of Murcia's change is the refusal of the City ordinances to include in one grave to financial institutions by cashiers at tax rate.
According to Ramos, the refusal to implement this proposal is a "mistake" because it would help to increase municipal revenues.
In addition, the council has shown otherwise the fees were included in the ordinance in times of crisis and still remain, such as those charged to non-profit organizations for the use of cultural centers and citizens seeking certain documents such as certificate of coexistence.
