The City of Murcia, through the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, will appose an initiative in order to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and improve the process of job search of the unemployed in the municipality.

Agents of Employment and Local Development and Local Technical Centre Youth Employment held during the last quarter of 2015 a 'training pills' through eminently practical workshops of two hours to be held in districts of the municipality using Walas cultural centers in morning and evening.

Councilman Jesus Pacheco explained that "it is essential to promote entrepreneurial culture in order to introduce participants to the characteristics of self-employment, motivating and training to entrepreneurs that have arisen develop their business idea. In this way, job seekers know the different tools and resources at its disposal in order to optimize the chances of access to employment.

In the first phase 36 workshops are scheduled in the Cultural Centers Javalí New Sangonera la Seca, Guadalupe, Los Dolores, Llano de Brujas, Espinardo, Santiago and Zaraiche, El Ranero and Beniaján.
