The City Council has already established 10 Municipal Councils and village headman named 32 of the 66 existing (07/10/2015)

Murcia City Council continues with the process of constitution of the Municipal Councils, seeking the utmost care through consensus with all political groups, they must first nominate their members.

Since last July 17, has been named a total of 32 village headman (27 of PP and PSOE 5) and have been a total of 10 Municipal Councils (7 and 3 PP PSOE): Corvera, El Raal, Zeneta, Puebla de Soto, Lobosillo, Los Ramos, Monteagudo, Javalí Old Sangonera la Seca and Jerome and Avileses.

In particular neighborhoods and districts already have their village headman are: Stables, Bathrooms and Beggar, Boatmen-Cañada Hermosa, Glens of San Pedro, Carrascoy-La Murta, Casillas, Cobatillas, Corvera, El Raal, was tall, Javalí Viejo, Jerome and Avileses, the Albatalía, La Ñora, La Purisima-Barriomar, La Raya, Llano de Brujas, Lobosillo, Los Martínez del Puerto, Los Ramos, Monteagudo, Puebla de Soto, Sangonera La Seca Sangonera La Verde, St. Cruz, Sucina, Torreagüera, Valladolises, Zeneta, District Central East, Midwest District and Eastern District.

Continuing the process, the Municipal Board shall constitute Stripe morning.

In the coming days, new seals, corresponding to the districts of Llano de Brujas, Santa Cruz, Sucina and Espinardo, and to complete the total of municipal boards will be formed.

From the city of Murcia is directed by consensus the process of constitution of the Municipal Councils, repeatedly urging other formations to proceed to the appointment of the members.

All acts of constitution of the Boards, is attending the Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, since it is of interest to know first hand the needs and concerns of the residents of the same, emphasizing the importance for the City have these citizen participation bodies within the municipal administration.

Also, all such acts with representation in local government are held to ensure plurality and transparency in this process that requires consensus and teamwork of all political groups, neighborhood setting space representation.
