European experts endorse the progress of the City in the development of intelligent buildings low consumption (04/10/2015)

Specialists in energy planning at the University of Eindhoven have recognized municipal management of public property as savings and efficiency.

European experts in the energy field have gathered this week in Murcia on the occasion of the international meeting 'Roadmaps for energy "(" Roadmaps for energy'), which has recognized the progress made by the City Council in the development of municipal buildings intelligent.

Among the conclusions reached, they note that "Murcia is a green and clean city in which buildings produce energy from renewable sources, have zero balance of CO2 emissions, and low environmental impact during construction and use."

The main premise of Smart Murcia is to give a real answer to the demands of citizens and improve their quality of life, achieving efficient management of different areas of the municipality.

In this regard, the council said that "we are working to boost a city project developed together, with the active participation of neighbors and teamwork of the various councils."
