NOW MURCIA calls for the resignation of José Ballesta, Antonio Navarro Corchón and Roque Ortiz after news today that allegedly gave its approval to the project Joven Futura despite having CHS reports that claimed that there was insufficient water resources to build a urbanization.
It remembers that these three people on charges of great weight in today's consistory, held positions of high responsibility 12 years ago when the project was approved.
Corchón crossbow and Navarro have secured these days the Supreme Court decision is a misdemeanor, due to the absence of some reports to build Joven Futura.
These PP leaders have claimed that those reports were not asked at the time, but now will be requested and the matter will be solved easily.
But today it has been known that this is not true: the report on whether there was sufficient water resources to build a housing development itself was asked, what happens is that it was negative.
The City Council asked for the report to the CHS in August 2005, and she responded in November 2005 and January 2006, noting that there was no water.
Apparently, these reports were ignored and hidden by the city, not to hinder his purpose.
This therefore refutes Corchón Ballesta and Navarro, who stated that there was no report.
Both went ahead with the project without having to do Joven Futura, and themselves, in office at the time, approved it all.
Given this serious situation, now calls for the resignation of Murcia Ballesta, Ortiz and Corchón Navarro, for his direct responsibility in taking the project forward.
