The City Council proposed a new activity for bike lovers.
The Councillor for Traffic and Public Safety, Lola Sanchez encourages Murcia to participate in the Moon Bikes initiative.
This project is implementation of bicycle routes through the town at night full moon.
In total we have organized four routes: 'Our river and Moon Contraparada address' on Saturday, September 26;
"Our garden and Moon on Saturday 24 October;
'Our river and the moon, address Beniel' and 'Garden of Murcia and Moon on December 26.
All tours depart from the front of City Hall and will take place between 19 and 21 hours.
The distance range between 10 and 15 kilometers, with easy routes available to anyone.
Participants who need small adjustments to your bike should go for an hour before commissioning.
Likewise, those who do not have a bike but want to participate, can apply for a municipal bicycle in 968200293, warning two days in advance.
Sanchez explained that "we hope that all Murcia are encouraged to participate in this new activity, which may travel different places in our town by the light of the full moon"
