The Department of Commerce will inspect the 70 food and beverage stalls will be installed along the route of the pilgrimage (12/09/2015)

On the occasion of the Fair of Murcia they are installed at different locations in the city various seasonal establishments where food is served.

The Department of Commerce, Organization and Institutional Relations, through veterinary inspectors Inspection Service Consumer, proceeded to official sanitary control of all food establishments, not permanent, installed in the premises of the FICA and Malecón, with ensure the safety of food that is sold.

The councilor explained that Maruja Pelegrin "in addition to checks performed throughout the year, on special occasions, like this one, Christmas or Spring Festival, intensify inspections so that those establishments that are installed on our streets serve products in perfect condition, thus ensuring the health of citizens "

Among the requirements they are demanding compliance with health regulations in infrastructure, water supply and sewage, facilities, equipment, handling, traceability of food, conservation, exhibition and sale.

In total, 130 food establishments inspected distributed between the fairgrounds La Fica and the Malecon, from the time of its installation and turning to those who had health control deficiencies to rectify them.

On the Malecon they have visited 67 points distributed as follows:

- Orchards: 16 kitchens

- Fair wine and gastronomy: 19 posts

- Craftsmanship: 16 varied

- Medieval Market: 15 posts

- Camp Moors and Christians: 1 kitchen

In the Fairground Fica 63 establishments they have been controlled:

- Kitchen: 9

- Fritter stalls gofrerías 12

- Ice Cream: 3

- Other: 39

From the results of these inspections has obtained a favorable response from the participating holders to inspections.

Pilgrimage of FUENSANTA
