The Civil Guard detained two youths for more than twenty burglary of Murcia (03/09/2015)

They took advantage of the absence of the owners during the holidays to commit theft

After being brought to justice, the detainees were sent to prison

The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed the operation 'kasimiro' a research under the 'Plan against burglary' and aimed at clarifying numerous thefts from Murcia and Torreagüera Beniaján districts, culminating with the two youth detention for his alleged involvement so far, in 22 robberies indoors.

During the proceedings, investigators have recovered stolen housing and tools used to commit effects.

The Civil Guard began last August to detect the increase in robberies in houses located in Beniaján and Torreagüera, in order to clarify them with the arrest of the perpetrators.

The first investigation, consisting of a detailed study of cases, led to evidence that it was burglaries using force against access to housing, either doors or windows, and where subtracted easy effects of transport, such as cash, small appliances , tools, etc., detecting a common denominator in all the facts, and it was that homeowners were outside the building enjoying their holiday when the theft was committed.

After defining the modus operandi and set the zone of action of the authors, the Civil Guard established a number of surveillance devices in order to prevent the commission of further theft and detect the perpetrators thereof.

The result of the monitoring devices developed and police harassment, generated with a lot of patrols in the area, the authors were caught while committing a robbery in a home orchard Torreagüera.

By detecting the presence of the Civil Guard, the perpetrators fled the scene so that a tracking device in which raids were carried out by a large expanse of garden area, which allowed us to locate various objects that the authors had abandoned its established hasty flight.

After identifying the suspects and get all necessary evidence, the Civil Guard has developed in recent days the exploitation phase of the operation, consisting of a large number of troops, which culminated in the location and arrest of two people, so as to the recovery of many stolen effects, which have been returned to their rightful owners, and the seizure of tools and tools used for criminal activity.

The evidence obtained during the investigation has revealed that, the now arrested, allegedly carried out surveillance on the homes they wanted to assault over a considerable period of time, in order to ensure that its people were taking advantage of the holiday travel period.

Moroccans and 19, together with the effects and the proceedings, detainees have been brought before the Court of Instruction number 4 of Murcia, who has declared his income in custody.

The comprehensive analysis of the information obtained during the investigation helped to clarify, so far, 22 crimes of burglary in homes and Beniaján Torreagüera.

The operation is still open, so do not rule out further arrests and to rise the number of crimes solved.
