Fair Wine and Gastronomy 'Gastrovin' reaches its thirteenth edition with fifty activities taking place in the Garden of the Malecon from 3 to 14 September.
As a novelty, the specialist in sensory analysis and wine critic winemaker, Jesus Flores, will give a lecture on "The harmony of wine and food" on 11 September at 11.30 am in the Tourism Qualification Center, after which will place a wine tasting.
You have to request invitation to the event.
Flores is director of Aula del Vino Spanish National Gastronomy Prize, Professor tasting Sommelier Course of the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid (IFE), Director of the Digital wine Marco Real Magazine, Best Sommelier Prize awarded by the International Academy of Gastronomy and author of the Guide Jesus Flores 'The Best Wines of Spain' and co-author of the book '101 stories, 100 & 100 wine recipes'.
Trays price remains the same for the sixth consecutive year (ten euros), which entitles to three tapas, three wines, a beer, a joker and scratches thanks to which they can participate in a daily drawing of products region.
In addition, a daily workshop organized by restaurants, cafeterias, ham cutters and wineries, among others will be held.
