The aim of this campaign is to establish performance measures to prevent, minimize and address the effects on the health of the people using the service can cause extreme temperatures.

Preventive measures apply to all users of the Telecare service, and refer mainly to recommendations to avoid or reduce the impact of heat communicated from the central and through brochures.
