The UCAM Banco Sabadell Foundation and lead an employability project for university students (29/07/2015)

The UCAM and Banco Sabadell Foundation will develop during the next academic year 2015/2016, a pilot project called employability 'Journey to Talent', which will be driven through the ITM Institute of Technology University.

This is one of the points that includes the collaboration agreement signed this morning the two institutions, and aims to develop the skills and abilities of students for employment and development of human capital and talent source of economic and social revitalization.

The agreement was signed by José Luis Mendoza, president of the UCAM, and Miquel Molins, president of the Banco Sabadell Foundation, who has expressed the importance of this agreement, which will promote the "proactivity of students in need of a working environment new and innovative initiatives like this. "

The methodology of 'Journey to Talent' proven, has been developed by the team of 'The era of the Brave' and proposes a working dynamic, innovative software and design.

In addition to the strategic plans of each student, the collected data poses a 'Employability Observatory' which will allow the Catholic University of Murcia meet the concerns, interests and preferences of the university sector through specific and global reports, for future actions.

At the same event, the UCAM has also signed a partnership agreement with Banco Sabadell, by Jaime Matas, vice president of the bank, in order to offer exclusive conditions to students as general tuition fees, undergraduate, graduate and international mobility grants are concerned.
