The City Council granted a plot at the University of Murcia for the expansion of Campus Health (29/07/2015)

The Governing Board has given its approval to the free transfer of land located at the pool in the Partial Plan Montevida.

The plot has an assessed value of over seven million.

In this plot various departments related to medical school, such as laboratories, classrooms and other educational and research centers will be built.

This grant is subject to conditions as they must be intended for use for which it is carried out within a maximum of five years and that such use will be kept for at least the next 30 years.

This agreement responds to a commitment from the mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, with the University of Murcia to improve the training of health professionals, transfer the teaching of the degrees of Health Sciences.

Remember that in 2000 as a municipal land in El Palmar were ceded to build the complex of Health Sciences.
