The City of Murcia advance in adapting to the information society using electronic devices and applications that the European Foundation will put at your disposal for free.

One of the programs that the City will implement the "Administratel", a set of applications that can offer citizens the ability to perform most of the administrative burdens of the most convenient way, increasing the efficiency and agility.
Other possibilities for collaboration are the so-called "flight plan" -to control at every moment the process of handling a file-, "Registratel" -to give citizens their administrative documents electronically, safely and quickly form, " Transparency Platform "-Provides easy access to the public information regarding the use of public resources," Active Screen "Allows interactive screens installed in walkways or Wait-, the" Key Governance "-Flash citizens and devices for internal use with the municipal services or "part" -development and maintenance of online platforms for citizen participation.
The European Foundation for Information Society Hall offers other programs for modernizing the administration as "Suggest", which ensures fast, bilateral and direct connection between citizens and the administration, or "Connect", which ensures the access to social networks with a strong presence.
