The classroom-laboratory kitchen UCAM contribute to its Degree in Gastronomy is an international reference (21/07/2015)

The opening of "Gastrolab Brothers Rock" was chaired by the rector of the University, Josefina Garcia, and Manuel Fernández-Delgado, director of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, and attended by representatives of more than 30 sponsors and Grade partner in Gastronomy.

Tuesday was inaugurated the Hall-Kitchen Laboratory UCAM, under the name of 'GastroLab Brothers Rock' appointment accepted by George, Joan and Josep Roca, honorary professors Grade chefs.

The inauguration was presided by the rector of the Catholic University, Josefina Garcia and director of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, was attended by representatives of more than 30 sponsors and corporate partners of the Degree in Gastronomy .

The classroom-kitchen lab "GastroLab Brothers Rock" is located next to the laboratories of Nutrition and Food Technology;

a common and open space where students Campus Food can develop their daily classroom practices and use the latest technology.

The next year, the Degree in Gastronomy implement a transverse plan to study gastronomy from the different professional fields.
