The UCAM helps SMEs in the region to improve its visibility through a plan of Social Media (18/07/2015)

Thirty people participated for four weeks in the High Performance program 'Social Media Networker', organized by the Technological Institute of Murcia UCAM, with the aim of increasing business opportunities for SMEs in the Region using new techniques for marketing their products and services.

The program has been provided free of charge and has enjoyed the cooperation of the Incyde Foundation through co-financing from the European Social Fund.

At the close intervened Juan Alfonso García, academic director of the Campus of the UCAM Cartagena;

Javier Collado, director general of the Incyde Foundation;

Alejandro Zamora, director general of SEF Employment and Training;

and Sofia Fernandez, deputy executive director of ITM.

During the closing ceremony, held on the campus of Cartagena, they were two of the most important projects of this program: Innovarligero an innovation consulting for food SME, founded by Juan Francisco Abad.

It proposes to transform the client's image in order to improve internal and external presence of the company through a methodology based on the design.

Similarly, Antonio Fernandez and Carlos chains announced their project, Mailu Multimedia, a communications agency that focuses on Eco Street Marketing, an innovative way to promote brands, products and services through mobile carriers such as bicycles, quads or tricycles.

The participants had a phase of joint training sessions and individualized consulting.

They diagnostics status of each business conducted and participants were trained in marketing and digital strategy, new technologies and social networks, as well as positioning techniques, strengthening the brand and digital communications plan.
