Workshops to calm the mind, remove mental barriers or self-massage and lectures to raise awareness of the importance of yoga, tai chi, relaxation or breathing techniques and types are some of the topics to be discussed in the course "Techniques relaxation and meditation: a path to your inner ", framed in the programming of the Sea International University-Campus Mare Nostrum, which was held from 20 to 22 July in the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia.
The course is run by sponsorship Albaladejo García, and therefore seeks to help reduce the stress that leads to stress and lack of care and reduce mental hyperactivity through knowledge of various techniques that the student will get to know over Course.
The activity has a duration of 25 hours, and those who enroll in it shall be entitled to 2.5 free elective credit or ECTS-credit CRAU.
