40,545 users of public transport in Murcia have acquired the tricolor bond since its launch on 7 February.
Of these, 23,504 have been issued by the tram, and Latbus 10,315 by 6,726 by Transportes de Murcia for "coloraos" buses.
The system allows travel by combining the three operators of Murcia with a single card, so convenient, quick, efficient and cheaper.
In these five months, their use has generated 1,640,952 trips, of which over 651,000 were for the tram, 557,000 to the "Coloraos" and to Latbus 432,000.
Most of them are general purpose bonds (just over a million) and Bono 100 (pensioners, 290 722) plus Large Family Bonus Special (162 487) and General (95 992) and Bono Student (31,651).
Regarding the operators, users of Transportation Murcia are the ones who have used the tricolor bond, specifically, 62% of its passengers, compared to 36% of the tram and nearly 15% of customers Latbus.
The bonds can be obtained from any of the operators (whether they are custom offices or on buses and trams if they are commonly used) and are used interchangeably in any of the three operators, facilitating mobility and intermodality.
Bono Murcia creation was made possible by cooperation between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning and the city of Murcia, with the collaboration of the three operating companies involved and is expected to gradually replace those who have worked in Latbus and also shared between Murcia and Transport Tram bonus.
The system is entitled to the following uses:
- Unique Travel Transport Bus and tram Murcia: 0.70 euros
- Single bus trip Latbus: 1.15 euros
- Free transfer trips: The occurring between different lines but the same operator and within 60 minutes of the first cancellation.
It also allows users to perform a second stage of transport.
And all with a considerable lowering of the cost of travel from the previous system in which, in addition to requiring different tickets, the total price was much higher than what is paid to the tricolor.
