Legal services prepare a report on the appropriateness of using the sentence Joven Futura (18/06/2015)

The Mayor, José Ballesta, has asked the Municipal Legal Services a report on the appropriateness of the sentence appeal partially upheld an appeal from the Cooperative Joven Futura against the City.

That ruling, handed down on 29 May by the Administrative Court # 8 of Murcia, cancels the shift in the concept of drainage works amounting to just over 2 million, giving the reason in part to the initiative the cooperative against the city of Murcia and Emuasa.
