Police Inspectorate of illegal outlets metal objects (10/06/2015)

With this last speech the "Action Day" device carried out in recent weeks by the National Police in Murcia city culminates

District Police Station San Andrés, following his line of work for the knowledge, testing, inspection and where appropriate eradication of illegal trade in second-hand effects of metallic materials, has conducted numerous inspections in recent weeks in various parts of the Murcia city north area.

Last week was located in the vicinity of the road of Alicante a warehouse large, rented by a group of persons of Romanian nationality.

In this facility they had stored large amount of second-hand objects ready for sale;

They had also practiced various dwellings in one side of the ship, constituting their place of residence.

Of materials stacked their place of origin is unknown because there is no documentary record, going to place individuals and companies junkyard in order to acquire the objects stored there;

transactions outside the financial circuit are regulated to be performed outside of any law.

National Police agents who conducted the inspection of the ship, proceeded to lift two Proceedings for infringement of the Law on Protection of Public Safety to lack the activity records of sale of used materials and by its violation of established by the Ministry of Industry which requires electrical installation certificate, an inscription of fire protection installation and onsite registration and industrial activity.

The inspection was carried out by officers of the Police District of San Andres Police Headquarters of Murcia.
