The Senior Hall of the University of Murcia held from 10 to 12 June, the I Cultural Week, which is organized to show society a selection of activities and daily studies are about 400 students over 50 enrolled in their classrooms.
Conferences covering the various branches of knowledge, poetry recitals, theatrical performances and a cultural visit to the city of Cartagena make up the program of activities that will put the finishing touch to the academic year 2014-2015, in which the promotion XVIII graduates.
The sessions, which will take place in the Aula Lecture Antonio Soler -in the Merced campus, will also serve as open days.
The Senior Hall, based in Murcia and Lorca, is an interdisciplinary university offer to adults over 50 who, for various reasons, could not enter university at the time or who wish to return to school and reconnect with academic activities.
