Murcia enjoy 39 sports halls, 51 football pitches and 39 pools.

The city has more than 400 facilities in the 100,000 users who play sports.

The offer is completed with facilities for rugby, baseball, beach volleyball and climbing wall

Murcia is the town of sport and the government team of the City Council is very clear betting on the construction of sports facilities, sports bring quality to citizens and organizing major events that put Murcia in the top of the national scene.

The town has more than 400 sports facilities (70% in villages and 30% in towns), which occupy 1.1 million square meters and the 100,000 users who play sports.

In recent years it has opted to increase the facilities at the Campo de Murcia with the construction of sports centers in Gea y Truyols, Los Martínez del Puerto, Sucina, Lobosillo and Valladolises.
