The regional government has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities and the Ministry of Defense for the development of student internships at the Conservatory of Music "Manuel Massotti Littel 'of Murcia in the Music Unit of the Third Levante Marines in Cartagena.
The Conservatory of Music, according to their training needs, propose to the controls of the Legion of Marine Levante for approval, students performed in each case external practices scheduled, without implying employment.
Music Unit Third Levante agrees to meet the training program previously agreed with the Murcia Conservatory, as well as to carry out their monitoring and assessing the progress of students.
To do this, he will appoint a responsible to coordinate with the Conservatory revision of programming, if necessary, among other things guardian.
These practices contribute to complete the training of students from the Conservatory of Music with external practical activities.
Grant to collaborate with the Federation of Bands Murcia
The Governing Council has approved a proposal from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities, a grant of 5,000 euros to the Federation of Bands Murcia to assist in the costs of its activities and work during 2015.
The aim is to promote and support music in the region through the activities promoted by the Federation said, that is a cultural non-profit association.
