Doctoral thesis at the University of Murcia wins the most prestigious national award for Constitutional Law (16/04/2015)

The Center for Constitutional Studies has awarded the "Nicolás Pérez Serrano" award for thesis work in constitutional law researcher Germán Manuel Lozano Teruel, which was developed in international joint supervision between the University of Murcia and the University of Bologna.

The thesis, "The struggle of the law against Holocaust denial: a dangerous border", was directed by professors at the University of Murcia Angel Garrorena and James Peris and the University of Bologna Andrea Morrone.

The award, considered the most prestigious national award for doctoral theses in the discipline of constitutional law, is worth 3,000 euros and offers the possibility to publish the work in the publishing of the Study Centre.
