The Civil Guard detained three members of a family for simulation of crime, theft, coercion and burglary (09/04/2015)

They reported a false theft and illegal occupation of their home to take the property to their tenant

The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed in Beniaján-Murcia, an investigation into the facts reported by the owner of a property alleging that he had been a robbery and illegal occupation of a dwelling, which has resulted with the arrest of three people, among which is the complainant, as alleged perpetrators of crimes of crime simulation, theft, coercion and burglary.

The investigation began when a neighbor called Beniaján the presence of the Civil Guard alleging that the interior of a house owned was committing a robbery, so service patrol went to check the facts.

Once home the alleged victims, owners of the property, accessed the property with the Civil Guards where it was found that there were signs of being inhabited.

At this point the owners filed a complaint for alleged usurpation of property, when they work for the presumed location occupies began.

Once identified, it informed the Civil Guard who had rented the property to its owners, who gave excuses for not delivering the lease, and she had trouble with them to the point that on one occasion he changed the lock the door and had also noticed the lack of cash, while trying to solve the problem without presenting complaint so far.

The performed investigations carried Meritorious discover that the homeowners had hatched a plan to oust the tenant thereof, simulating a fake robbery and theft of property.

The rest of the investigation further that one of the three arrested the son of the woman arrested had agreed now, presumably, to the house where he seized cash from the victim said.

The performance ended with the arrest of three people a woman, her former life partner and son to whom it is attributed the alleged perpetrators of the crime simulation offenses, theft, coercion and burglary.

Detainees and the proceedings have been brought before the Court of Instruction No. 7 Murcia.
