The Socialist councilor Andrea Garries defend two motions in plenary on Thursday asking the local PP establishing clear and objective criteria that allow any social group or association of Murcia request the use or disposal of municipal property spaces.
Garries considered essential that the criteria of equality and transparency are imposed at the time of grant the use of these spaces to those associations and groups who need and demand.
In this sense, the PSOE mayor makes specific reference to the neighborhood association Monte Miravete Torreagüera who asked the City Council to make use of the old orchard Peña The Tambalillo for their activities, but for now, the case is to be resolved in the Department Heritage, so Garries asked the local government to expedite the process and authorize the transfer and regularized requested by the association.
Other specific requests that the socialist mayor will claim is that the City consider lease premises to the Society Colombicultura Sale Los Pinos that has run out of space because the place they used as headquarters, in Glens San Pedro, was closed a few months ago.
Colombicultura Society, reportedly has already made requests to the Municipal Board Cañadas de San Pedro to meet the social center of this hamlet, but until now no authorization has been granted.
