The Civil Guard dismantled a youth band dedicated to raid homes of Murcia (21/03/2015)

So far 37 have been clarified crimes in Murcia districts of Llano de Brujas, El Esparragal and Santa Cruz

One of its members was arrested red-handed

The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia, in the context of the operation DKORA ', has dismantled a young band composed of four people, including three children, and dedicated to raid homes of Murcia districts of Llano de Brujas, El Esparragal and Santa Cruz.

The investigation has clarified so far 37 crimes.

Last October, the Meritorious initiated the investigation in order to clarify several robberies and / or climb committed in Murcia houses inhabited districts of Llano de Brujas, El Esparragal and Santa Cruz, events which had caused some alarm social among the population.

The first investigations were performed in homes object of theft, in order to collect all possible clues as to the authorship and how to commit theft.

Evidence from directed investigators to a group of young, Spanish and Moroccan nationality, which may lie behind the perpetrators of the robbery investigation.

Studying the routines of their victims

The criminal activity of the young band began with careful study of the future of the property being stolen, their access and possible escape routes to avoid arrest.

After determining the viability of theft, for its infrastructure, schedules, routines and movements of homeowners, in order to carry out its activities in the safest way possible for them were studied.

Set the time for action, mainly by day, as long as the inhabitants were not in their homes, group members employed both the strength and the climb to access its interior, where subtracted small appliances, money, jewelry and other objects and fled with the booty to finally manage the distribution of stolen effects on the illicit market.

In some cases, the study schedules and routines of their victims were not successful, which resulted in some occasions they were surprised by the owners, who managed to thwart the completion of the crime.

Finally, the Civil Guard, in collaboration with the local police in Murcia, completed the operational phase of the operation to the site of one of the members of the criminal group, as he prepared to subtract various effects of a home detention.

Soon after, in different police devices has proceeded to the arrest of the remaining members of the criminal group, who are credited with authoring alleged crime of burglary.

During the arrests have recovered stolen from various purposes in homes, which have been returned to their rightful owners.

The detailed analysis of the information obtained in the research process and the recovered effects implies the band in 37 crimes.

The four arrested three of them minors, recovered effects and the proceedings have been brought before the magistrate and the Office of Children of Murcia.
