José Antonio Sotomayor, Councillor Progress and Democracy Union in the city of Murcia, defend in the next municipal plenary preparing a report on the legality of successive and repeated use of low prices when awarding contracts by the Consistory.
"The goal of the initiative is to avoid regain employment problems with a contractor, as has been customary in the past in this City, and at the same time ensuring that a decrease in the quality of services provided does not occur to citizens. "
Sotomayor exemplified 'Know Your Town', which since 2010 until today has accumulated a reduction in prices of their programs of 44.49% and 36.07%, which can endanger the sustainability of enterprises awarded.
"We understand that it is producing a 'Low Low Low' that has sent prices paid to suppliers at levels that may pose de facto a daring low" concludes Sotomayor.
