A new commission will work over the coming months to get the Declaration of National Tourist Interest Carnival Cabeza de Torres.
Work has already begun.
The commission will boost recognition is made by the President of Carnival, Fran Sanchez, the chronicler of the city of Murcia, Antonio Botías, the Relevant Chronicler of Cabeza de Torres, Juan Vivancos, the President of the Municipal Board, Juan José Muñoz, the audiovisual producer, Miguel Ángel Canovas, and two expert lawyers in the matter, Guerrero García Andrés Manuel López-tables and Borgoñós, who already managed to finish with similar success records for Bando de la Huerta and the Moors and Christians.
Sánchez highlights "the important implication of all the groups that make possible the Carnival, whose effort allows resurface harder our traditions".
On the other hand, the President added that "this statement will be a new tourist attraction for Carnival and allow it to be known throughout Spain.
Among the first initiatives that have been developed include the translation of all the programming of the party into four languages: English, Chinese, French and German.
Furthermore, it has been communicated to all the embassies of these countries for dissemination in the various departments of tourism and have initiated contacts for future collaborations.
The presentation of Carnival in Fitur last month and its impact on national media were other initiatives that will boost the statement.
Carnival Cabezo already received, dated July 3, 1986, the honorary title of Regional Tourist Interest.
