The Centers for Women and women's associations in the municipality held its first convention this afternoon with a meeting attended by boards and members of the 75 Centers for Women and 20 women's associations in the municipality, as well as presidents and representatives of Municipal Boards .

Councilmember Equality Policy, Alicia Barquero, will be responsible for opening the convention, from 17.30, with the presentation "History of political equality in the city of Murcia.

In addition, a video summary of the activities carried out at the Centers for Women and partnerships will be presented.

Subsequently a roundtable in which experiences of good practices will be presented at the Centers for Women, with the participation of will be held:

Also this afternoon, Alicia Barquero opened the exhibition of paintings and crafts from the Centers for Women.

The painting exhibition will be open until the 12th of March, and the craft until March 18.
