The National Opera Theatre Company will represent Moldova at the Romea Thursday March 5 known opera 'Aida' which tells a love story cut short by circumstances, a failed romance with dramatic finale in which the characters are guided by feelings.
It based on the French version of the story given by the Egyptologist Auguste Mariette, was released on December 24, 1871 at the Opera House in Cairo, where he was an unquestionable success.
Composed of four acts and set in Pharaonic Egypt, Aida tells the passion between an Ethiopian princess, but a slave in Egypt and Egyptian military Radamés- and commander of the forces that occupied the land of Aida.
In this love Amonasro, Aida's father, who demands revenge, and Amneris, daughter of Pharaoh, who also loves Radames oppose.
This opera, large and spectacular staging, will so popular arias as Celeste Aida, Gloria all'Egipto or triumphal march.
The distribution of the work is formed by the soprano Rodica Picirenau as Aida;
tenor Carlos Moreno as Radames;
Maksim Ivaschuk low as Egyptian pharaoh;
mezzo-soprano Irina Golovchenko as Amneris, Pharaoh's daughter;
the baítono Petru Rocavita as Amónastro king of Ethiopia and Aida's father;
Valeriu Cojocaru low as Ramphis high priest and tenor Vasile Micusha as the messenger.
In turn, the musical direction is by Nicolae Dohotaru;
choir direction by Ion Bratescu and guest director scene is Cales Ortiz.

The price of the seats shall be 40 euros, 30 euros and 20 euros with a 20% discount for students, pensioners, unemployed and large and 30% for groups of 20 or more family.
Also if you buy the ticket to the opera `Otelo' will be a discount of 15%.
