The Green Line service registers a total of 263 incidents (13/01/2015)

The Department of Environment, who runs Adela Martinez-Cache, has received through its Green Line service a total of 263 incidents of citizens, since it was put in place in June 2013.

Thanks to the implementation of this service, citizens and businesses in the municipality of Murcia can benefit from a service solve environmental consultation and communication of incidents in urban facilities.

Green line favors the use of environmental "best practices" and consequently in the development of a sustainable municipality.

The municipality of Murcia was one of the first municipalities that launched the Green Line service through APP.

The residents of this town have shown a very good reception of the service and proof of this is the continued use made thereof.

To use the service via smartphone or tablet, simply download the Green Line application.

For this, the user connects to Play Store or App Store, in an easy and intuitive way, the discharge occurs.

This is completely free.

Once you open the application on the mobile device, the user decides whether to raise a query or report an incident.

The procedure is very quick and easy.

To report an incident, simply select the type of search.

For geolocation, Green Line application is responsible for automatically detecting the exact coordinates where it is located.

Later, you can attach a picture of the incidence with a brief description.

Once submitted, the manager appointed by the City receives notice thereof.

From this moment, the procedures are initiated to solve the detected incidence.

The citizen knows at all times the state in which the reported incidence is due to receive notifications on your mobile device.

This service, in addition to involving citizens in achieving a more sustainable municipality, greatly facilitates the daily management of the City Council responsible.

The Green Line service has won the 2014 Conama Sustainability Award.
