Murcia hotels have closed the year recording an increase in employment during the month of December 7 points, 19% more than in the same month in 2013. While in December 2013, the occupancy rate was 40.59%, last month, a 48.32% was recorded.

In 2014, 306,600 travelers have generated 478,000 overnight stays, which represents a 6% increase in the number of travelers and 4.8% increase in the number of overnight stays.
Draws attention to the increase of foreign tourists visiting the city, increasing by 7.3% compared to 2013, making up 9.3% of overnight stays.
