The Rector of the University of Murcia hosted the signing of the renewal of the agreement between the educational institution and the Medical Research Foundation Molina de Segura, whereby both parties collaborate in research and training in the field of Medicine.
The agreement, sponsored by the Department of Communication and Culture, directed by Professor José Antonio Gómez, includes an expansion of joint actions in the field of science.
The renewal was signed by the rector of the University, José Orihuela, and Professor and former rector of this institution José Antonio Lozano Teruel, in what was the last public act of it as president of the Foundation.
Also a former rector of the University of Murcia, Professor of Cell Biology José Ballesta, will succeed him in office.
Lozano Teruel remain bound to the Foundation as CEO.
