Unemployed youth of the municipality of Murcia between 18 and 35 years may participate in five workshops on job search in Europe in order to improve their training and skills when it comes to getting a job abroad.
It is the second edition of these workshops Resources program for employment and training in Europe starts due to the success of the first call.
As a novelty, this time a workshop on communication for employability and video workshop curriculum English edition of it is incorporated.
Moreover, mobility and employment courses, EURES network and social networks for employability are included.
This activity is organized by the Department of Sports, Youth and Tourism and Employment, Trade and Enterprise, through the Municipal Service for European Programmes and Programme of Europeans Youth Service Project, to publicize youth opportunities employment that the EU has at its disposal.
Transnational mobility is part of the strategy of the City of Murcia for 16 years, mobility understood as non-formal education which helps the personal and professional development of young people improve their entrepreneurial skills and employability.
With this program you join theory and practice, so that participants can apply what they learned during the workshops.
Core subjects will be taught to dive into the labor market and oral expression, performing a resume written and audiovisual format, management and social networking approach to programs and initiatives.
The training program has 5 workshops for those who form groups of up to 20 participants.
All activities are free, will have a certificate and will be developed in the Department of European Programmes of the City of Murcia, in the Local Development Agency building, street Azarbe Paper, number 22. Only Video workshop curriculum change location and will be held in CAMON, in the artillery barracks.

The workshops are:
WORKSHOP OF MOBILITY AND EMPLOYMENT
December 3, 10 to 13 hours.
They will present the different mobility opportunities for training and employment, the EU offers citizens through its various programs, with particular emphasis on actions related to the Erasmus + program.
What is EVS ?, how ?, key functions to choose a volunteer project and develop a letter of motivation and different mobility initiatives will be some of the contents of the workshop.
COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP FOR EMPLOYABILITY
December 5 from 9:30 to 14:30.
Through this workshop will be made available to participants a series of practical tools that deal with the various communicative challenges finding employment, based on three pillars:
You oral -Skills: What tools do I have to control my post How to face the challenge of public speaking?
-Communication Nonverbal: conscious and unconscious messages we send to our body.
Written -Skills: how to write a CV and a motivation letter.
VIDEO WORKSHOP CURRICULUM AND EDITING
First call: December 2, 10 to 13 hours
Second call: December 11, 10 to 14 hours
This session practical application tools for those who are prepared to the challenge of getting a job abroad provide.
Each participant will create a professional video resume in English.
To this were endowed a series of elements that allow them to develop, both from a technical point of view, and content.
WORKSHOP ON THE EURES NETWORK
December 9, 10 at 12:30
Be known, practically, the EURES network that offers job vacancies in 31 European countries.
In this workshop the main keys to getting the most out and be able to find the best opportunities given our profile will be offered.
WORKSHOP ON NETWORKS
15 and December 16, 10 to 14 hours.
Insight into the possibilities that social networks offer us as users, and be able to focus them towards our professional interests is basic to increase our chances of employability and control our image these projected.
This training workshop is aimed at knowing the tools, techniques and skills in social networks can benefit actively searching for an occupation.
The different contents to be addressed are:
-Depura Your Internet presence.
-Presumes: How to get the employer more effectively.
-Mark Personal or strategy to conquer the Web.
-Directorios Employment: how they work and what we offer.
-Other Programs and useful applications.
-Feedback
CLUB LANGUAGE: ENGLISH CONVERSATION GROUP.
In addition, to complete the training, discussion groups will be formed in districts and neighborhoods of Murcia within the Language Club Club SENIOR section for youth 18-35 years.
Each group has a maximum of 15 participants.
In these talkgroups will involve foreign residents in the municipality of English who are interested in learning Spanish.
Conceived as exchange groups conversation in which he talks about current issues in the chosen language thereby encouraging the oral practice.
The courses are done in collaboration with the Foundation and the EURES CajaMediterráneo RED Service, Training and Employment of the CARM.
