The Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise will next year a budget of 10.7 million euros, 6.28% more than in 2014. The 2015 will be the year of consolidation of the Strategic Plan of trade MUAC (Commercial Area) .

The 2015 budget of the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Torotosa is a quote tailored to reality, and reflects the commitment and effort of the city of Murcia to drive, with the tools and resources available, economic growth and job creation, as it began when he started the legislature in 2011.
The total amount to be managed by the council for the next year is 10,732,777 euros, 6.28% more than this year.
An increase that puts the commitment and determination of the Department to make clear again that businesses and jobs are created in the town of Murcia.
Employment as an essential base in 2015 will focus on three priority areas, to continue training and providing opportunities for job search.
The axes are:
1. Career Guidance for Insertion Laboras.
In this sense, can be highlighted as significant fact that during the first semester 2014, 3,672 people have been treated, with 70 jobs and 2 companies created job.
2. The second axis is the Training and its three programs.
The first program is the Employment program, aimed at those groups with greater difficulties, education or professional qualification, young people who have left the education system and who have no professional qualifications.
It will continue to be carried out thanks to the City will assume 100% of the cost for employees to maintain a total of 17 professionals and to keep giving him the opportunity to 165 students.
The second program is the Joint Vocational Training Programmes, youth 25 years and older.
In current ongoing programs have been more than 100 students.
The third and final Professional Training Program is the Occupational Training, aimed at the unemployed of all ages.
We have more than 115 accredited professional certifications.
Moreover, continuing in the line of promotion and job creation, the council has managed to give continuity to the program in hours Citizen Reporters Night.
3. Agents of Local Development and the Center for Municipal Initiatives include the third and great MLA.
Through these two bodies the council is helping and contributing to entrepreneurship, business creation and jobs come to be a constant.
The Local Development Agents are actively collaborating in the implementation of active labor market policies, since their relationship with entrepreneurs is leading to the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
From January to September 2014, they have created a total of 38 new companies, which in turn have employed 54 people.
They have treated 502 users among entrepreneurs, businessmen and unemployed.
