The Fire Fighting Service of the city of Murcia will acquire four new vehicles (two pumper and two for the control unit and headquarters) to renew its fleet.
Pumper vehicles have a capacity of 12,000 liters of water and 500 gallons of foam concentrate.
Its purpose is to be used in major accidents, preventing pumper vehicles on fire acting lack of supply.
They replace two vehicles with similar features, with 28 and 25 years old.
For the Unity of Command and Leadership are all road vehicles, with the possibility of 5 squares, 170CV power and capacity rear cargo box open.
They replace two vehicles with 16 to 17 years old.
Today the operational envelope of the Fire Fighting Service of the city of Murcia has 35 operational vehicles: 5 cars headed, 6 cars van light, height 6 vehicles, 4 nurse pumpers, 3 rural pumps, 2 car van multiple saves 7 pumpers BUP (heavy urban pump) and 2 pumpers BUL (urban pump light).
