The Socialist Party denounces 'disguised copayment' garbage rate (12/11/2014)

The mayor Juan Patricio Castro criticizes harshly PP government pay annually by about half a million euros to the company Emuasa by the management and collection of garbage fee when we also pay € 9 million a year by charging Tribugest municipal taxes

Once again the chaos and lawlessness of PP Chamber is palpable in the management of La Glorieta.

This time, the socialist mayor Juan Patricio Castro put the alarm on the management and collection of the garbage fee by the municipal water company, Emuasa, charging the City of Murcia annually about half a million euros this concept, as also payable annually and religiously, to another company in this private case Tribugest, a millionaire 9 M € contract to manage municipal taxes.

Descontrol money all

According to Castro, this lack of control over municipal management carries with unjustified spending money.

"To do two things like use two companies and paid twice a year, one Tribugest, a whopping 9 million euros and another Emuasa, almost half a million euros.

The EUR 486,573.48 paid to Emuasa the management and collection of garbage fee -2,000,000 euros this translates mandate- only complaint PSOE councilor in that company add a line in the monthly water bill for 6 times a year, a simple mechanical process that simple- Emuasa repeated every year and we get expensive.

We pay more than it already expensive

For Castro, this lack of control over public money damages as provided to them, the citizens that we are forced to endure a "hidden and unjustified copayment" added to the garbage fee, which means that each resident pays 2 additional 69 to 121.8 euros already paid by garbage collection.

"An unprecedented fact when you consider that the copayment will be part of the benefits you get Emuasa and Hidrogea- are shared between the private company that manages the service of water- and the City Council," criticizes Castro, who requires the PP Chamber rethinking management service so that residents do not "pay more expensive than it already is."
