Murcia Institute of Technology (ITM) of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), in collaboration with the Foundation INCYDE through co-financing from the European Social Fund, has launched the High Performance Program Bio-Agro (PAR).
For nine days, 24 entrepreneurs go a journey of training and mentoring that will enable them to strengthen the skills to apply to different areas of bio-food company.
The purpose is that they may know, through this initiative, the market opportunities in this important sector of the region.
Thus, participants will be able to chart the strategic business plan for your company to define objectives it seeks to achieve.
They also designed the organization's strategic direction to position within the same industry and apply innovation and technology to gain competitiveness in the market.
Attendees will gain knowledge in marketing, branding, packaging and pricing, plus the tools to create a financial structure and ultimately strengthen the business plan guidelines.
The program supports regional strategy for promotion and development of the food industry, in line with the rest of the activities promoted by other
agencies and institutions of Murcia.
Thus, the promotion of new business initiatives and the consolidation and strengthening of the existing ones are encouraged.
Promoting a new business is not just an intuitive process based on the mere observation of the changing environment.
From the ITM, we believe that creativity and innovation, mixed with the knowledge acquired in these sessions, enable a technical, financial and managerial capacity building to strengthen business strategies within this sector.
